We use inquiry information to read and respond to your message, understand interest in AdaptedED, protect the website from misuse, and maintain necessary correspondence. We do not sell website inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.
Please do not submit student information
The public contact form is for general questions and product conversations. Please do not include student names, education records, health information, credentials, or other sensitive information. No school or district should use this website form to transfer student records.
When we share information
Contact-form submissions are sent to the shared AdaptedED Notifications service, which uses Cloudflare Email Sending to deliver the inquiry to the AdaptedED contact inbox. Cloudflare may process delivery metadata needed to send, secure, and troubleshoot the message, and the website host may process technical logs needed to serve and protect the site. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people or the website. We do not sell or rent inquiry lists. You may bypass the form and email us directly at [email protected].
Retention and protection
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as it remains useful for responding, maintaining appropriate records, protecting the website, or meeting legal obligations. Third-party providers may keep their own operational records under their policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through this website by contacting us. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when reasonably necessary or legally required.
